We are now seeking a highly motivated individual who will join our Vaccibody team as Clinical Development Coordinator. You will act in a pivotal role for the functions and teams in Development Operations by being responsible for administrative and logistical activities related to clinical development activities such as clinical operations, Regulatory Affairs, Pharmacovigilance, SOPs and process optimization across the departments.


The Clinical Development Coordinator is a member of clinical trial teams and will be responsible for most administrative and logistical activities related to preparation, conduct and completion of clinical trials in Vaccibody.

Key responsibilities

The responsibilities of the position include but are not limited to:


  • Provide general administrative support to the Departments and teams in Development Operations
  • Support optimization of current processes and/or introduction of new or modified processes
  • Maintain and track relevant documentation for clinical trials
  • Be responsible for deliverables related to Trial Master File quality checks and final archiving and CRO oversight activities
  • Ensure essential documents meet technical requirements for electronic submissions
  • Support in developing clinical trial related documents such as protocol, IB and CSR focusing on administrative completeness
  • Responsible for tracking of purchase orders and reviewing invoices for accuracy


Your qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in health science, nursing, pharmacy or similar
  • Minimum three years of professional experience in a similar role from pharma/biotech/CRO
  • Extensive knowledge of GCP, clinical trial conduct and regulatory requirements for document management

Located in either Oslo-area, Norway or Copenhagen-area, Denmark.
